overwhelmed.

by life in general. so many friends going through trials, feeling helpless, not able to be the kind of friend i want to be. why? because all i'm doing is worrying and sewing.

a new dress for spring...

43587493587439= the number of times i felt like giving up on having a side business. today i could have punched everything i made in the face if it had one. on the real.

with the beautiful weather all i've been wanting to do is this:

please please please pray for a dear friend of mine who has been through the ringer lately and her sweet baby girl.

the winner of the gussy giveaway is bek!! go ahead girl!

  4. thinking of you! and your friend! sometimes the 'problem of evil' gets me down big time. but, then, shouldn't i let the "problem" of good get me back up? oh if only it worked that way!

    LOVE the new dress.

  7. Wow! I wish I had the focus you do! I did just the opposite of you this weekend and did a million things not related to my side-business! I just can't seem to keep my eyes on the prize...

Think of it this way: at least now you don't have "neglecting my business" regret like some of us do! I really need to get better about that.

Beautiful work by the way - keep it up! The time and effort is worth it!

  8. I have felt much the same way this week. Like everything is just kind of slipping through my fingers and falling away from me. I'm trying to keep on truckin'--hope you do too!
