What our next home will look like

There are a few things missing from our current abode:

1. A fireplace to snuggle by, hang stockings on.

2. A basement for Sam's leathermaking, musical equipment...a mancave of sorts.

3. A garage for storage of lawn care equipment and our cars. Protection from large acorns and general sludge.

    oh would i love to have those things as well! it would be wonderful to have a garage to put our cars in as well...oh and i'd love that space above the garage with this nice window..perfect for a sewing room. ;) merry christmas!
