Matilda got her first "real" taste of summer, with no other than a turtle pool picked out by her pops.
Who just so happens to LOOOOVE getting his picture taken.
Matilda wasn't sure at first about the icy water, but she warmed up to the idea. She is going to be one with the water. You wait and see.

This weekend I picked up some Yellow Carolina Jessamine, yes ma'am I did. I'll be vining by the end of summer, you better believe it. And now that I've had the pleasure of a cameo on Homemade Grits, I'm one step closer to dying a happy woman.

its amazing that she can sit up! her legs are always straight out! she has great balance. i love that pool. i tried to take parker to our pool the other day but it was so cold.
