knee pad pants

wuh wuh. i LOVE these pants, and dana's amazing tutorial; however i still goofed them up. not quite enough room in the stride to accommodate big ole cloth diaper booty. i used one of sam's old shirts, so nothing was wasted or expensive. i think the only way to learn is to practice and practice i did...

i used a pair of til's skinny jeans for the pattern, i think a baggier pair of pants would have been better. noted.

i love the turquoise thread on the orange polka dots.

the back. i even tried to incorporate the shirt pocket to the bum, but alas not enough material at the top. wop wop.

camel toe and all.

i need to get better at casing and getting the right amount of elastic. i'm getting there.

got any good tutorials you want to share?

are you kidding?? Yours turned great! Fun idea to use a cute cotton print like that. I actually have the same fabric. Maybe I should do that :).
VERY cute.
Thanks for sharing!
