yesterday was one of those days that we'll always look back on fondly. we spent the day outside sledding and crunching in the snow. the snow that fell on georgia was unbelievable. i went to bed early because i'm trying to shake a wicked cold and woke up to the most perfect, untouched blanket outside our window. when i showed it to matilda she said, "where's the snowman?"
we warmed up with cheese dip and these classy ladies and then all the neighbors made big batches of chili and cornbread to share. we finished our comforting meal with this treat. i'd never made snow cream before and let me tell you... it's awesome!
we're still trapped inside. the streets are super icy with no sign of it melting... movie time!

"Where's the snowman?" I die!
I know! I can't believe how much snow there is!! We did not plan ahead at all... only two diapers left in the house. The husband had to venture out. But it really is beautiful :)
I've never had snow cream. Sounds delicious! Stay warm! Kids are so cute with the snow...Matilda has been lucky to see so much in GA at such a young age! :) xo
