here are two dresses i made for an upcoming first birthday! cheers to that. i hope they are well loved, i have to say they are some of my favorites. spring colors speak to me. the sherbertier the better!

i'm putting together the rebuilding your temple post for this week and as always it can be a bit overwhelming to try and get the information to be as simple as possible...
i noticed that after i posted last week's info that i lost a few subscribers. i don't want to come off as preachy, i am seriously sorry if i do. i just feel responsible in a way to share how my life has been altered in such a positive way through good nutrition! i am so grateful to all of you and would never want to offend you or seem pushy. just take what you can and i hope that some of you will end up feeling as passionate as i do about re-taking charge of our bodies.

I think you are doing a great thing with the rebuilding your temple series. If you help one person change the way they eat (which you have clearly helped more than one person already), you are essentially saving a life. That is no small matter. I love reading them. I am a bit obsessive about what I eat, and it is nice, to see how other people deal with the calamity that is the American grocery store.

I know my opinion is probably biased here, but I am a firm believer that knowledge is power. We can't expect people to change if they don't realize that their lifestyles are hurting them. As crazy as it sounds, a LOT of people honestly think there is nothing wrong with the way they eat/live/etc. I've come across it too many times in practice.

What you are doing is great, Les. Don't let losing a few followers get to you. It probably just means that they recognize the truth, but they aren't ready to hear it.

xoxo

first off..love the birthday dresses..adorable as always! i'm so into sherbert colors right now. yum, love them.

i have to say that i have loved reading your rebuilding your temple series. i look forward to it each week. i don't find your posts to be preaching at all. i find with blogging that you just can't please everyone. i have noticed that when i do talk to friends and family members about why i don't drink soda any more or why i won't use splenda in my tea/coffee..some of them will avoid the topic. they just don't want to talk or hear about it.

i do hope you continue to share all that valuable information with us. oh and hopefully you'll let us know how your cleanse is going..if you've started it yet. happy tuesday!

Though I'm not currently following it, I do enjoy reading your rebuilding your temple series. I take away tidbits of info and try to use it where I can. Keep doing what you're doing!
