ReplyDeleteI love this detox guide and appreciate your day by day guide on how to get back track. I love it!
Best,
Amy
Thank you for this!! Me and my Sam are going on a cruise this week, and already have talked about detoxing when we come home because we know we will eat so much while we're gone.
ReplyDeletehave fun on our cruise megan!!
ReplyDeletei need to do this. seriously thinking about it. do you start to feel like you have the flu eventually?

This is so perfect! I am planning something similar this week and I am going to post my exact menu too! Thanks for the inspiration and I will be sure to check back and see how your week is going.
ReplyDeleteMost of these things sound great, although if I ate a salad with just kale, tomatoes, and onion, it wouldn't keep me full till dinner. :( I get hungry pretty frequently. I keep raw nuts (even though I don't like them as much as roasted/salted nuts!) and protein bars in my office at work in case I am super hungry. The biggest thing for me is not forgetting to bring my lunch. That leads to trouble.
ReplyDeleteCannot believe you have a menu planned for two weeks! I never even know what I'm going to have for dinner that night.
re: katie
ReplyDeletei usually have a harder time (depending on your current diet) the first three days and then i see a huge increase in energy. you can do it!
re: claire
i find that nuts keep me really satisfied and i eat a lot of them. the salad makes me feel great too. ps i don't always plan like this, but it does help keep me on track! xo
you're going to have leftover pizza before you make the pizza ... impressive. :)
ReplyDeleteThe zuchinni pizza sounds aaaaa-mazing! Will def. try! And I usually have a smoothie for dinner on the nights I do yoga, too. Fills you up but doesn't make you feel "full." XO
ReplyDeleteFound your blog a few days ago and love it! I'm on vacation now and plan on detoxing when I get back. Your detox journey posts will be great motivation!
ReplyDeletei'm starting tomorrow. did a detox back in may- was doing really well until we took a trip home to atlanta. lots of yummy junk there. i've been out of whack now for 2+ weeks. i need this jump start!
